Cuisine31 has received a medal!

On October, 6th, 2007 on the International Kremlin Culinary Cup we had been presented 6 kinds птифуров to compositions «Picnic on an autumn glade». An obligatory condition of competition was registration of an exposition by a sculpture from edible natural components. "Picnic" represented a lawn from a natural green grass on which the chocolate maple leaves which have "fallen down" from a graceful chocolate tree laid. Is bright-pink macaroons, yellow banana and orange mousses, drew attention of visitors to ours of «tasty autumn».

Refereeing of competitions carried out the international jury which structure included experts of a high class. They have noted taste and appetizing appearance of ours petit fours. We have received a silver medal and the Diploma of the Cup.

After end of competition our lawn has quickly become empty - we were estimated by other jury - passionate fans sweet. Especially many responses have received chocolate cubes with lime and petit fours "Mini opera cake".
